Presentation Preparation
11. Preparation of slides, mock & final presentation.
- Created a shared word document for everyone to write their pitch, wrote and prepared for the mock pitch
- Set up a meeting in discord for my groupmates and I to rehearse our speech and gave feedbacks on how to improve it
- We split the google slides, into 4 sections and we worked on our own parts and assisted with the animations and standardising the format in all of our slides.
- Further refined my pitch, after the mock presentation
- Initiated group meetings and we did a couple of dry runs before the the presentation to give a few more feedbacks and do some refinement
